1. Multi Purpose Health Worker (MPHW)
H.Sc. (10 + 2) or its equivalent examination board.
Basic knowledge of CCC, DOECC certificate or level computer is mandatory as prescribed by GCSR rules of 1967.
Government Approves 1 Year MPHW Basic course or government approved (SI) Sanitary Inspector Certificate.
You must have knowledge of Gujarati and / or Hindi.
2. Female Health Worker (FHW)
You have passed the Secondary School Certificate (S.S.C.) examination or equivalent examination.
You have passed a government-accredited Women Health Worker Basic Training Course.
You must have knowledge of Gujarati and / or Hindi.
3. Post Lab Technician
Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry (BA) or Chemistry or Microbiology or Biochemistry from any University of India or equivalent qualification recognized by the Deemed University or Government under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956.
Diploma in Lab Technician. Or MLT. Medical technology course. Or 1 (one) year course in Medical Technology from any University of India under Central or State Act or from Deemed University under Department UGC. The law of 1956 or the equivalent qualification recognized by the government
Basic knowledge of computer, selected by CCC per GCSR (General) Rules of 1967.
You must have knowledge of Gujarati and / or Hindi
4. Medical. Medical Officer (MD)
You have MBBS. Must have a degree from any university in India under Central or State Act or UGC. Deemed University under. Qualifications mentioned in the first and second list of the 1956 Act or the Medical Council of India (MCI) Act 1956. You must have knowledge of Gujarati and / or Hindi
5. Pharmacist post
Under the 1956 Act, Section or U.S.C. Bachelor's degree in any university or pharmacy established in India or equivalent qualification recognized by the government under the Central or State Act.
Diploma course in Pharmacy and you have years of Government / Government Undertaking / Board experience under the Companies Act, 2001 as a Junior Pharmacist or Hospital in Dispensary or as a Pharmacist or Medical Representative of any Pharmaceutical Company.
Basic knowledge of computer as per GCSR (General) rules of the year 1967.
Knowledge of Gujarati and / or Hindi
